This cuff features a large Biwa pearl wrapped in Sterling Silver bezel, and set on a wide hammered wire. The cuff is made to fit a wrist 5.5” - 6.5”
To put on and wear the cuff, do NOT pull the ends of the cuff apart. Stretching the cuff will weaken the wire and over time, the wire may break. This cannot be repaired. Blood Orange Boutique is not responsible for items broken after purchase.
To put on the cuff safely, slide the cuff over the thinnest part of your wrist, then rotate the pearl to the top of the wrist. You may gently squeeze the ends of the cuff to tighten onto the wrist. Be very careful that the cuff keeps its symmetry.
Your jewelry is handcrafted with 925 Sterling Silver, a metal that will last for many years with proper care. Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time when exposed to air, moisture, oils, and certain chemicals. With proper care, tarnishing can be easily minimized and polished away.
In order to give your jewelry a long life and keep it looking its best:
• Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, as moisture can accelerate tarnishing.
• Remove your jewelry before swimming in pools or hot tubs. Chlorine can cause discoloration and damage the surface of Sterling Silver.
• Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, sunscreen, and household chemicals, as these can accelerate tarnishing or affect the finish.
• If your ring gets wet or has been worn in salt water, rinse it with clean fresh water, dry it thoroughly with a soft cloth, and allow it to air dry completely.
• Store it in a zip-top bag or an airtight jewelry pouch when not in use to help minimize exposure to humidity and air.
• Polish occasionally with a jewelry polishing cloth to remove tarnish and restore its shine. Complimentary polishing pads are included in all orders.
