Blood Orange Boutique is a one-woman jewelry studio based in Santa Cruz, California, creating handcrafted jewelry for lovers of the sun and sea. Each piece is designed, made, finished, and packaged in-house, allowing every part of the process to receive the same level of care and attention.
Quality is at the heart of Blood Orange Boutique. Every piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully made using quality materials, with close attention paid to the smallest details. As a small, one-woman business, there is no mass production or rushing through the process; each piece is given the time and care it deserves. We only use 14k Gold Filled and 925 Sterling SIlver materials. NEVER PLATED.
Blood Orange Boutique offers custom and made-to-order jewelry, as well as one-off unique pieces. All that feel personal and unique to the person wearing them. The goal is to make jewelry that is not just beautiful, but meaningful, thoughtfully crafted, and made to be enjoyed for years to come.

Meet the Maker
Hello and welcome to my creative paradise! I’m Hannah, the creator of Blood Orange Boutique.
For as long as I’ve been alive, I have loved to create. Blood Orange Boutique has become the culmination of everything I love to do in this world. I started making bikinis when I was 14 years old, and thought I could make a little bit of money selling them to my friends. In the years since, Blood Orange Boutique has evolved into so much more. In 2024, I decided bathing suits weren’t enough for me, and I taught myself to solder.
What started as a new creative challenge quickly became something I fell completely in love with. There is something so unique and special about being able to take a piece of metal and turn it into something that someone else gets to admire, wear, and keep forever. Jewelry gave me a whole new way to express the things that have always inspired me. And of course bikinis and jewelry go hand-in-hand, so it was a natural pairing.
Blood Orange Boutique operates out of Santa Cruz, California, where I was born and raised. Growing up here has had a huge influence on me and the things I create. I’ve always felt connected to the ocean and the natural world around me, and I’m constantly inspired by the things I see in everyday life. Shells, flowers, fruit; I love being able to take those things that I love and turn them into pieces of jewelry that will last for years to come.
I’ve always wanted Blood Orange Boutique to feel like an extension of myself. A place where I can experiment, make things with my hands, follow a creative path, and turn it into something real. I’m a bit of a perfectionist, and I take a lot of pride in the work that I create. I pay close attention to the little details and want every piece to feel thoughtfully made. I don’t want everything to be perfectly predictable or mass-produced. I want each piece to reflect the process, personality, and care that went into making it.
